123123 (It's Today's Date and New Year's Eve without the 20)!

I'm going to start by wishing everyone a Happy and, by golly, Healthy New Year in 2024, plus this quote:

Why is it that weeks and months and years go by so quickly, all a blur, but moments last forever? — Jennifer Donnelly

Isn't that the truth? When I blog on an almost daily basis, I get to pause a bit, take a step back and savor the days. But I'm with Jennifer; it all goes by so quickly. Let's hang on to those forever moments! Are you with me? Take in that gorgeous sunset for a moment, wait a moment for a neighbor to see you before you wave hello, and perhaps breathe in salty air if at the beach or crisp air if in the mountains.

As I sign off below, I will be finishing my 12th year in blogging — 10 with QuiltsFromTheHeart and two under Manufacturing Sunshine.

And, without further adieu, my yearly sign-off: Seasons of Love from Rent - click here if you'd like to sing along and watch the Youtube video - it's 3 minutes and 12 seconds :

Five hundred, twenty five thousand, six hundred minutes

Five hundred, twenty five thousand moments so dear

Five hundred, twenty five thousand, six hundred minutes

How do you measure, measure a year?

In daylights, in sunsets

In midnights, in cups of coffee

In inches, in miles

In laughter, in strife

In five hundred, twenty five thousand, six hundred minutes

How do you measure a year in a life?

How about love?

How about love?

How about love?

Measuring love

Seasons of love

Seasons of love

Five hundred, twenty five thousand, six hundred minutes

Five hundred, twenty five thousand journeys to plan

Five hundred, twenty five thousand, six hundred minutes

How can you measure the life of a woman or a man?

In truths that she learned

Or in times that he cried

In bridges he burned

Or the way that she died

It's time now to sing out

Although it's not the end

To celebrate, remember a year in the life of a friend

Remember the love

Remember the love

Remember the love

Measuring the seasons of love

Seasons of love

May you, blog readers, friends, and family located all around the world, Remember the LOVE!

I LOVE you all!
