Rotating Photos from Botswana 🇧🇼

There is some nostalgia when photos taken in the past pop up on the day it was taken, years notwithstanding.

One of many I took on my trip to Botswana in 2016, a favorite shows up often as depicted below. We are in the Moremi Wildlife Reserve when a juvenile male is taking a stroll not too far from our tents (my travel partner, Helen Gruneisen was living in South Africa at the time; hence this trip). There was a little creek between him and our camp, but he did end up closely walking by us going somewhere in the Reserve with what seemed like not a care in the world. There was no danger on our side, since this young male’s body language was all about finding food, or another male friend close by.

What a terrific adventures we enjoyed in Botswana! So many memories with the sounds of elephants trumpeting, lions roaring, and thousands of birds flying overhead and singing!

Every minute was filled with wonder and awe, or at least from 7 am to 7 pm. This was the time we could be out on Safari.

It’s the little things…

bSoleille!
