Power Outages!

Summer soccer on a hot green turf field most of my morning and into the afternoon led to a nap once home. All good until I was awakened by a strong lightning and thunder storm that led to power outages around town, including our street and home.

A lukewarm shower by candlelight was not too shabby. However, our first world concern is a fridge full of groceries (a blessing!), that will hopefully not spoil.

Short post to keep my phone's battery running as long as it can (and we do have backups).
