Homeward Bound

The journey home has started. One leg down as I sit in Heathrow Airport waiting for my gate assignment to BWI.

Its a full travel day on this Mother’s Day 2023! I can’t wait to celebrate with my peeps…. though way later today, and I'm sure I'll be pretty darn tired.

My goal is a few hours of shuteye.

Okay, the last row on a plane is not too shabby. Close to the restroom and the flight attendants are always getting crap out of their overhead bin in the last row. I had a box of gloves fall out on me and an earring. Glad I was there to help the poor lasses! Oh, and no one in the middle seat! The perks of the very last row are never ending!
