1/2 "Snowmaggedon"?

There has been a lot of talk about all the snow and ice for 200 million people across the USA. I think some parts got hammered, and some parts got lucky. Here in the Mid-Atlantic, I think we fared well. Thankfully, we still have electricity and no ice storms. However, I think I saw "snowflakes" as dip-and-dots, so half ice/half snow. Crystals, I'd say.

I refuse to drive or shovel, but my guys weathered the storm and got out to push the shovel around a bit. Thank you! I just don't like the cold, and of course, the snow.

Yesterday morning, the skies were clear and bright with lots of sunshine. Cold, but by bundling up I got out to walk (even sweated!).

What a difference a day makes, right?!

Late yesterday, I took a photo of the sun hanging low, with that certain look (not a good January sunset), even with a bit of blue sky, that things may turn. It sure did!

I hope we are done with this winter weather for a while. I'm looking toward to the big melt and sunny days ahead.

bSoleille!
