There has been a lot of talk about all the snow and ice for 200 million people across the USA. I think some parts got hammered, and some parts got lucky. Here in the Mid-Atlantic, I think we fared well. Thankfully, we still have electricity and no ice storms. However, I think I saw "snowflakes" as dip-and-dots, so half ice/half snow.
