Happy New Year & Happy 4th Birthday to Disco-Ball-Girl!
When my quilting bee-mate, Debbi Carter, revealed a quilt that she made for her uncle several months ago, I knew I had to make one for "The Best Daughter" and her family. The only trepidation I had about making this quilt was the paper-pieced black lab that sits in the middle. I can do almost everything in the quilting world, but I'm on the struggle bus when it comes to paper piecing. I get all twisted up with where to put the next piece and so on. Oh, I've tried, believe me.
