It’s that time of year for all the Spring flowers showing off their colors of shiny petals and green stems. For daffodils, there are many varieties, all standing proudly - even if standing next to other pretty flowers in the beds. Most varieties are squirrel, mole, and vole resistant, unlike the next bloomers of the season, the tulip 🌷. Tulip bulbs are much sweeter than daffy bulbs.

Several years ago, I planted over 50 tulip bulbs. For a couple years, they came up and beautifully stood tall in a long row that edged the front flower garden. The purple tulips made a natural statement - a wonderful sweet surprise during those few times in full bloom.

How are your flowers and gardens shaping up?

Here are a few photos of the wonderful daffodils, all in technicolor yellow, white and orange.
