Meet Up in South Haven, Michigan!

What a month of posts in September for childhood cancer. Today, I took a sort of break from writing, and focused my day on errands and quilting.
Besides posting 30 blog posts in a row, I also did other things that I want to share here soon.
One super fun long weekend was spent in South Haven, Michigan, with the BGGGW adventure. That’s the Bowling Green Girls Gone Wild visit. Six awesome ladies (who live coast to coast) got together to have fun, create new memories, reminisce about our days at BG, went on a sunset cruise boat ride (thanks Dan), visited the area with a trip to Grand Rapids and the Frederick Meijer Gardens &Sculpture Park that was outstanding (Chuhily exhibit), and so much more. Our Airbnb was two blocks to Lake Michigan that we strolled down to while there.
I love how we all deepened our friendships with each other and together. There is something magical when that sort of connections happens. We are already thinking of another one next year!
