Happy Birthday Olivia to SoCo Bingo

We celebrated The Best Daughter’s Birthday a couple days ago (it’s today ) while we were in Richmond, VA, to babysit Bodie. O & Bo celebrated their second wedding anniversary and went out for a proper dinner (a restaurant with reservations!). A two-fer if you will.

I’m so honored to be her mom! I love to see how she has grown and developed her own mom style with her baby boy. Joy all around.

My SoCo Quilt Guild had our annual Bingo event this afternoon. It’s our only money maker to keep our guild going. The entire event went without a hitch. We sold many tickets for our (5) raffle baskets, the bakery table, silent auction, and the raffle quilt. Over 200 people made it to Bowie, Maryland’s Knights of Columbus hall to play Bingo. If lucky enough to scream BINGO, the win was gorgeous quilt made by one or several from our members. Hubby Bill got to shout that one word to come home with a fabulous quilt. How exciting is that?
