Ethiopian Lunch!

Not a chance to sit and write today the Tuscany Villa window story. Yikes! But, I tidied up the house since we are hosting family this weekend, so there is a silver lining there.

Plus, we had lunch at our favorite Ethiopian restaurant with Sister Pat. She was the pastoral chaplain at Georgetown University Hospital for six years while son Ryan was in the battle of his young life. Ss. Pat was always a shoulder to cry on, and even a jokester, for our family, and definitely, Ryan. We can never thank her enough (and that goes for lots of folks!), for her kindness and grace when we were hanging on by a thread.

Cheers to our long and loving friendship! And our delicious food.
