"The Best Daughter," aka Olivia and her hubby Bo, are awaiting the next chapter of their lives with Baby Hudson on board. This weekend we showered her with an abundance of love, best wishes, and baby gifts to help usher in a new wonderful life inside of the next six weeks. Late March of 2024!
The generous folks have knocked the socks off Olivia and Bo with their gifts and anticipated needs once baby is here. Cute clothes, toys, books, diapers and more rounded up the afternoon at the Amuse Restaurant inside the beautiful Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (VMFA) in Richmond, Virginia.
The excitement becoming a grandparent is intoxicating, and from what I've heard from many friends and family through the years, it sure is (and probably more!). We are patient people, but that exciting news is building and bubbling under our fingertips each day.
Thank you to everyone I've keenly watched on how to be a good grandmother, and for Bill, a good grandfather. Of course, for Ryan to be a good uncle, too. He's already bonded with baby by giving his sister a Boo-Boo Bunny along with a copy of a family favorite, Goodnight Moon.
Is it me, or does there seem to be a bumper crop of new babies in 2024?
